, third and ten, flacco finds jones behind the defense. none touches him and he scores 56-yard score. it was 21-6 at the half. baltimore, opened with a bang, gentleman could but jones and brings it 108 yards. ravens were threatening to blow it open. the power surge delayed the game for 34 minutes. then the niners finally find the end zone. to crabtree to bounces off of a pair of defenders. and frank gore gets in for the td. he had 110 yards rushing. it was 28-20. then kaepernick made history with the longest rushing touchdown, 15 yards then the 2 point conversion. and then kaepernick to cab tree but no flag. ravens hang on to win, 34-31. flacco was named the game's most valuable player. you see some of the stats, 2787 yards pass ought game. all three touchdown passes came in the first half. kaepernick threw for one touchdown but let's hear from the 49ers. >> the offense and defense, special teams, especially in the first half. they just made the plays and we didn't. >> none of us felt not confident like we were going to make that come down to the end. i knew our football team -- it w

their deliberations. after the state rested its case, monday belonged to the defense and michael johnson 's team took about 10 minutes. closing arguments started with the state going first. the prosecution telling the jury the case is not just about one thing but to put it all together and when they do, the state says it's confident it's first-degree murder. prosecutors know they're not working with any physical evidence. instead, they point to the testimony of james lee, a convicted criminal who said in 2010 he saw phylicia's body in johnson's body. he admitted the killing to leland asked how to dispose of the body. the defense is well aware of lee's testimony, all three of michael johnson's attorney took the time to not only discredit lee but to punch holes in the state's case. the jury was charged about 3:00 this afternoon and got the case about four. they deliberated for about an hour and a half to two hours. the judge said to take a braifnlgt he also offered them an early lunch break because of the parade from 11:30 to 12:30. they declined and said they with like to work through that. the fate o
